Great location with super easy tram access—just a hop away from the city centre! Our room was cute enough, basic but did the job. Perfect for a budget getaway without too much fuss!
But goodness, if the room had a smell of 'mouldy mystery,' I think I’d prefer a whiff of channeling my inner diva! And those staircases? I almost needed a map to find my way down!

The staff were friendly and attentive.
We faced a long wait at check-in because our room wasn't ready, which was frustrating after a long day of travel.

The room provided a comfortable stay with super comfy beds and a clean bathroom, complemented by a nice coffee facility. The location required a good amount of walking, but the friendly staff made check-in easy and provided helpful maps. the noise insulation was lacking as sounds from the hallway could be heard, and the room's ambiance was somewhat affected by outside disruptions.

Had a lovely stay with a great bath in the attic room. A comfy bed. the small bathroom could use a bit more space.

Had an amazing group trip! The location was spot on with easy access via tram. We explored the nearby botanical gardens and found some great cafes just around the corner. Rooms were clean, and the staff were super helpful. Perfect for a fun getaway!
The noise from the street at night could be a bit much, especially if you like to sleep with the windows open. Just something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper.

Cozy attic retreat
The superior attic room was such a vibe! Big space with sky windows—rainy views were so calming. The staff were super sweet, giving a warm welcome. Enjoyed coffee from the snack bar too. Just wish the cleaning staff were a bit quieter in the mornings. they woke us up early. Otherwise, perfect!

The charming attic room we had was a delight, especially with the unique sky windows providing a beautiful view of the rainy nights—talk about therapeutic vibes! The location was incredibly convenient too. we hopped on Tram 14 just outside to navigate effortlessly around the city!

Had a great time with friends! The location was ideal, right by a tram stop and close to a lovely local pub and the botanical gardens. The staff were super friendly and the room was clean with good storage. Definitely recommend for a fun trip with friends!
The stairs are narrow, so be prepared to navigate those, and there weren’t any refills for tea and coffee after the first day.

The location offered easy access to nearby attractions, making exploration a breeze. Tram 14 right outside was a major convenience for getting around. the room felt a bit outdated and lacked proper amenities like a decent coffee setup. noise from the hallway disrupted a peaceful stay, highlighting a need for better sound insulation.
